This is the main front entrance to The Allston Apartments. Since last year, all ground and first floor apartments have been equipped with sturdy iron window guards for enhanced security.
There has also been installed a new intercom security system which allows each tenants the ability to voice communicate with outside visitors prior to automatically activating entry into the building.

This is a view of a renovated bed room situated in what we refer to as our large2 and 3 bedroom apartments on the first through third floors. The ceilings are 9 and 1/2 feet high. The floors in the bed rooms are also hardwood and most have recently been treated with a polyurethane finish.
BATH ROOM
This is a view of one of our remodeled bath rooms situated in many of the large2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Some bath rooms have been fully restored with all fixtures replaced, new vinyl flooring, etc.
SMALL APARTMENT LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM
Thisis a view ofthe living roomand bed room inour medium size2 bedroom apartments located on the fourth floor. The room sizes and ceiling heights are smaller than those in the large apartments.
