BEFORE SUBMITTING A RENTAL APPLICATION. THEN, THE STEPS OUTLINED BELOW MUST BE
FOLLOWED.....
Fill out The Rental Application in its entirety in a legible manner.
The application will be rejected if unreadable. If you believe for any reason your credit
may be insufficient and have someone willing to guarantee your performance
under a lease agreement, have that person complete BOTH The Co-signer Application
and The Co-signer Agreement (only the Agreement MUST be notarized).
These forms for processing can be scanned in .pdf format and e-mailed to us at:

NOTE: If you do not have the ability to submit these forms to us using this method,
these documents can be mailed to us using the address given below.
At the time these forms are presented to us, you must also render BY REGULAR MAIL
two (2) SEPARATE checks in the form of a bank certified check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS
WILL BE ACCEPTED. One check is to be made in the amount of $40.00 to cover the
application-processing fee and the other check is to cover the Security Deposit
(the amount of which is equivalent to whatever the monthly rental rate is on the apartment
being applied for).
The two (2) SEPARATE checks required must be made payable to:

Only after ALL the above items have reach us, we will begin processing
this information to determine your acceptability for tenancy. If approved, a formal Lease Agreement
will be prepared and presented to the applicant for acceptance. Immediately upon the applicant's
signing of the Lease Agreement, payment of the first month's rent will be required and arrangements
will be made to schedule a time when applicant can pick up keys to the apartment at the time the
tenancy commences.
